Leadership I
The Leader Within

Self awareness and self compassion are fundamental prerequisites to the
effective development of leadership skills. Leadership I provides training
in the development of the following skills:

• Personal power enrichment
• Visioning
• Values clarification
• Emotional maturation
• Shadow tracking
• Decision making
• Creative expression

Leadership II
Interpersonal Leadership

Empathy and effective communication are essential ingredients to
interpersonal leadership. Leadership II provides training in the development
of the following skills:

• Giving and receiving
• Compassionate detachment
• Listening
• Acknowledging others gifts
• Formulating and expressing clear requests
• Negotiating

Leadership III
Leadership in Groups

Groups' needs for inclusion, control and affection are directed and supported
by effective leadership. Leadership III provides training in the development
of the following skills:

• Facilitating groups
• Processing groups
• Employing effective interventions
• Managing the balance of process and content
• Supporting and strengthening undesignated leadership
